SMS Terms & Conditions
By providing your mobile number to New Vision Hospice and agreeing to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
1. Program Description
New Vision Hospice may send text messages related to:
patient care coordination;
scheduling and visit reminders;
agency operations and internal memos;
payroll confirmations;
reminders regarding expiring HR, credentialing, compliance, or onboarding documents; and
responses to messages or requests initiated by you.
2. Consent
By opting in to receive SMS messages from New Vision Hospice, you authorize us to send text messages to the mobile number you provided for the purposes described above.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or, where another reasonable communication method is available, of applying for or maintaining employment.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your relationship with the agency, your care needs, your employment status, scheduling activity, payroll cycles, and compliance or HR requirements.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from New Vision Hospice.
After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us except as otherwise permitted by law or unless you opt in again.

7. Privacy
Your use of our SMS program is also subject to the New Vision Hospice SMS Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information related to text messaging.
8. Supported Carriers and Delivery
Text messaging services are provided on an “as is” basis. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and may not be available at all times.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided;
the mobile number you provided is accurate and current;
you will notify us if your number changes;
you will not use text messaging to send unlawful, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate content; and
you understand that text messaging may not be a fully secure communication method.
10. Patient Care Emergencies
Text messaging is not intended for emergencies or urgent medical needs.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

11. Changes to Terms
New Vision Hospice may change these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective when posted, distributed, or otherwise made available with the revised effective date.
